In the 10th minute Wlodzimierz Siwy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janusz Grabski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfred Hajder succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 12th playminute. After 15 minutes of play, Sosnowe Klimaty's Ziemowit Bryk made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kajetan Kossakowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Maksymilian Kornecki hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Janusz Grabski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wlodzimierz Siwy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Newcastle United's Kajetan Kossakowski got control of the ball when Ziemowit Bryk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kajetan Kossakowski made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Alfred Hajder sent off a good shot on target. Wlodzimierz Siwy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gustaw Nuszkowski came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Newcastle United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustaw Nuszkowski couldn't finish the play. Janusz Grabski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waclaw Zagrobelny in the 32nd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Sebastian Dynda notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Newcastle United's Kajetan Kossakowski. Kajetan Kossakowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wojciech Rosiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Kajetan Kossakowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfred Hajder went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Newcastle United's Kajetan Kossakowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Newcastle United from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wlodzimierz Siwy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sosnowe Klimaty's Janusz Grabski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Sosnowe Klimaty from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Sosnowe Klimaty defense, Wlodzimierz Siwy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Janusz Grabski. The Sosnowe Klimaty fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Janusz Grabski should have stopped the shot. 55 minutes into the match, Sosnowe Klimaty's goal looked a bit too open when Wlodzimierz Siwy came free, but Janusz Grabski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Newcastle United's Kajetan Kossakowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Hajder in the 56th minute of play. Kajetan Kossakowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ziemowit Bryk in the 61st minute of the match. When Sosnowe Klimaty's Sebastian Dynda in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Newcastle United's goalie prevented a goal. 67 minutes into the game, Hieronim Trela cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Kajetan Kossakowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kryspin Maziarski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kajetan Kossakowski having to interfere. Kajetan Kossakowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziemowit Bryk in the 74th minute of play. Kajetan Kossakowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfred Hajder went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-2 was the resulting score. 83 minutes into the match, Newcastle United's goal looked a bit too open when Hieronim Trela came free, but Kajetan Kossakowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute Alfred Hajder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kajetan Kossakowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Witold Okropny charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Witold Okropny the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Newcastle United booed when Sosnowe Klimaty was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Witold Okropny didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kajetan Kossakowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ziemowit Bryk, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Ziemowit Bryk took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kajetan Kossakowski. Kajetan Kossakowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-2. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sosnowe Klimaty fully deserved thier win.
