Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luca Mureșan started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Filip Valerian dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Codruț Bungeanu, 1-0. After having played for 8 minutes, Costel Buzgar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Costel Buzgar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 10 played minutes -BZF-Magica Steaua got a freekick which was hit by Eduard Bordeianu. If Luca Mureșan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Alin Potopea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luca Mureșan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Codruț Bungeanu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 39th minute, Filip Valerian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the game, Vintilă Cămărășescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Iulian Nisipeanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ionel Răuțu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Iulian Nisipeanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Filip Valerian got his second yellow card of the match in the 47th minute. The referee ordered Filip Valerian off the ground. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vintilă Cămărășescu made a kick off. Ion Popilean blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Codruț Bungeanu having to make a save. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Costel Buzgar got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 64 played minutes -BZF- Viitorul Buzau got a freekick which was hit by Costel Buzgar. Costel Buzgar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ion Popilean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Codruț Bungeanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ion Popilean struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Codruț Bungeanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for -BZF- Viitorul Buzau. Manuel Mironov's late challenge caught a -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Mironov helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to -BZF-Magica Steaua getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Manuel Mironov hit a great ball. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind -BZF-Magica Steaua's goalkeeper Codruț Bungeanu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Iulian Nisipeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vintilă Cămărășescu in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Dumitru Corbea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave -BZF-Magica Steaua the free kick. After 85 played minutes -BZF- Viitorul Buzau got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Corbea. The supporters of -BZF- Viitorul Buzau booed when -BZF-Magica Steaua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alin Potopea didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute of the match Gabriel Codrescu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iulian Nisipeanu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the -BZF- Viitorul Buzau players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
