An unexpectedly hard shot by Hipolito Nahia in the 11th minute of play forced Club Carolino de Fútbol's goalkeeper Bertol Tebar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bertol Tebar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Faro, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The supporters of Errecaborda AFC booed when Club Carolino de Fútbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel Aelle didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 42 minutes of play, Errecaborda AFC's Ignacio Mikelar made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Michel Aelle to strike the kick off in the second half. The Club Carolino de Fútbol fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bertol Tebar should have stopped the shot. Bertol Tebar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Faro in the 65th minute of play. In the 70th match minute, Errecaborda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Nalo to maneuver through the defense. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
