Spor Las Huevas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Damian Brändle scored to the left of an out of position Quirze Lizana, making the score, 2-0. Ralf Wipp hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Unai Bajuelo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Matthias Meliti. ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Enrico Casetti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Quirze Lizana made a huge save. In the 25th minute, Ernst Cakir left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernst Cakir in the 28th minute of play forced Spor Las Huevas's goalkeeper Quirze Lizana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damian Brändle scored 6-0 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Quirze Lizana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The Spor Las Huevas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Quirze Lizana should have stopped the shot. In the 90th minute, Gabirel Dalmases got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
