Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Miguel Joseph took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd match minute, Monte Hermoso Beach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Matro to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cipriano Pombal got free with Fidel Lorien in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Danrley Buffon came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Monte Hermoso Beach's Benjamin Arotza. But to his dismay, Benjamin Arotza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fidel Lorien was a little too slow when Paulo Jardel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-1. After some careless play in the Monte Hermoso Beach defense, Hélder dos Santos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fidel Lorien. The Monte Hermoso Beach fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fidel Lorien should have stopped the shot. In the 18th minute, Paulo Jardel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fidel Lorien. The goal made the score 3-1. Arnaldo Matro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Arotza in the 25th minute of play forced LauerArmy's goalkeeper Danrley Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 38 minutes, Benjamin Arotza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monte Hermoso Beach's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Arotza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Monte Hermoso Beach made a substitution. Maximo Lico replaced Miguel Joseph. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hélder dos Santos made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raí Reis during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Raí Reis kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. With a little luck, LauerArmy's Danrley Buffon got control of the ball when Benjamin Arotza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fidel Lorien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guga Freire in the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd match minute, LauerArmy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christiano Fontes to maneuver through the defense. Fidel Lorien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guga Freire, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Lico in the 77th minute of play forced LauerArmy's goalkeeper Danrley Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 81 played minutes Monte Hermoso Beach got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Arias. The supporters of Monte Hermoso Beach booed when LauerArmy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovanni Zonta didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Christiano Fontes came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the LauerArmy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christiano Fontes couldn't finish the play. 98 minutes into the match, Monte Hermoso Beach's goal looked a bit too open when Otávio Prado came free, but Fidel Lorien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
