Olympique Gdynia's Tanek Ostrowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Olympique Gdynia from getting a goal against them. Tanek Ostrowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bent Streyder in the 32nd minute. Tristan Nordlet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tirso Isasaga in the 36th minute of the match. After the first half Olympique Gdynia were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Czeslaw Domeracki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 50 minutes, Tristan Nordlet successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Holmkjar Hotspurs's Tristan Nordlet got control of the ball when Tirso Isasaga tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Olympique Gdynia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Holmkjar Hotspurs.
