In the 13th match minute, FC Traktor Götz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Ahlen to maneuver through the defense. Esra Breidert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cumhur Tanacan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 21 played minutes Maximilian Obst rounded Clapham Comets F.C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. The supporters of FC Traktor Götz booed when Clapham Comets F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Zinchenko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Clapham Comets F.C.'s goalkeeper Lee Kerr, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, FC Traktor Götz's goal looked a bit too open when Cumhur Tanacan came free, but Esra Breidert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esra Breidert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulysses Madureira, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Cumhur Tanacan notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Traktor Götz's Esra Breidert. Esra Breidert was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Brendon Bale kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 39th minute Jonathan Willetts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esra Breidert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Fryderyk Dziewulski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Clapham Comets F.C.'s goalkeeper Lee Kerr had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fryderyk Dziewulski. In the 44th minute, Cumhur Tanacan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clapham Comets F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximilian Obst was the one to do the kick off. When Maximilian Obst came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the FC Traktor Götz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximilian Obst couldn't finish the play. Cumhur Tanacan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Esra Breidert made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kemalettin Torhan in the 67th minute of play forced FC Traktor Götz's goalkeeper Esra Breidert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niko Wohlert in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lee Kerr saved Clapham Comets F.C. from getting behind. The FC Traktor Götz fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when FC Traktor Götz's Niko Wohlert looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Niko Wohlert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 88 minutes into the game, when Kim Listl put in a rough tackle. 87 minutes into the game, one of FC Traktor Götz:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. FC Traktor Götz's Esra Breidert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulysses Madureira in the 93rd minute of play. The FC Traktor Götz supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Clapham Comets F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Clapham Comets F.C..
