With his leg Sixten Bokelund managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Seahawks V55's Manolis Kalergis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Bergnorden IF getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Xove Contreras hit a great ball. Zin el Din Zidan kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Iordanis Kopanakis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xove Contreras went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Manolis Kalergis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sixten Bokelund having to make a save. The Seahawks V55 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bergnorden IF were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xove Contreras to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Braulio Gelacio rounded Seahawks V55's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. 57 minutes into the game, Zin el Din Zidan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Iordanis Kopanakis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sixten Bokelund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manolis Kalergis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Seahawks V55's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sakis Samarakos in the 62nd minute. After some careless play in the Bergnorden IF defense, Manolis Kalergis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sixten Bokelund. The Bergnorden IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sixten Bokelund should have stopped the shot. Petros Sarantos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Sixten Bokelund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Seahawks V55's Iordanis Kopanakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Seahawks V55 from getting a goal against them. If Manolis Kalergis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the match, Zin el Din Zidan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Iordanis Kopanakis, 1-4. Sixten Bokelund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manolis Kalergis's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After 76 minutes, Manolis Kalergis made it 2-4 with a short kick to the right side. Bergnorden IF's Sixten Bokelund tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 78 minutes, Sakis Samarakos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seahawks V55 and the Bergnorden IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 79 played minutes Seahawks V55 got a freekick which was hit by Sakis Samarakos. In the 82nd minute, Manolis Kalergis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolis Kalergis in the 88th minute of play forced Bergnorden IF's goalkeeper Sixten Bokelund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute, Zin el Din Zidan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bergnorden IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xove Contreras got free with Iordanis Kopanakis in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
