In the 7th minute Eusébio Vieira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giorgian Arrascaeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zé Veloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giorgian Arrascaeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the game, Conrado Vinhas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wolves FC - DMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Warren FC - DMZ the free kick. In the 15th match minute, Wolves FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Vinhas to maneuver through the defense. When Giorgian Arrascaeta came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Warren FC - DMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giorgian Arrascaeta couldn't finish the play. Conrado Vinhas made in the 20th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Warren FC - DMZ's Sydney Guerra. Domingos Da Guía hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Zé Veloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Bermudo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Giorgian Arrascaeta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Zé Veloso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zé Veloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgian Arrascaeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, Warren FC - DMZ's Bernardo Moreira got control of the ball when Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 37 minutes of play, Warren FC - DMZ's Giorgian Arrascaeta made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 44th minute Giorgian Arrascaeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Giorgian Arrascaeta made a kick off. Wolves FC - DMZ's Zé Veloso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Wolves FC - DMZ from getting a goal against them. In the 53rd match minute, Wolves FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willian Pena to maneuver through the defense. Délio Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Bernardo Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Domingos Da Guía hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardo Moreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Délio Soares in the 61st minute of play. Zé Veloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giorgian Arrascaeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Wolves FC - DMZ's Zé Veloso got control of the ball when Eusébio Vieira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zé Veloso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eusébio Vieira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 69 minute of play. Warren FC - DMZ's Fellipe Machado was substituted for Hélio Nascimento. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giorgian Arrascaeta got free with Zé Veloso in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zé Veloso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. 81 minutes into the match, Giorgian Arrascaeta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé Veloso. Wolves FC - DMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Giorgian Arrascaeta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Warren FC - DMZ's Cleiton Duarte was substituted for Eusébio Vieira. In the 86th minute Sydney Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Warren FC - DMZ's Cleiton Duarte slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zé Veloso. That made the score 0-8 after 88 minutes of play. Giorgian Arrascaeta might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Veloso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Giorgian Arrascaeta ran back to his position shaking his head. Zé Veloso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giorgian Arrascaeta in the 93rd minute. The Warren FC - DMZ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Warren FC - DMZ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
