Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cristóvão Lucas started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute Haruna Hassan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristóvão Lucas in the 8th minute of play forced XV de Piracicaba's goalkeeper Michel Pernambucano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Fábio Montoia notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of PREZULO FC's Dida Brasil. Dida Brasil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in PREZULO FC's zone, Fábio Montoia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dida Brasil came out of the goal and Fábio Montoia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute Haruna Hassan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Pernambucano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristóvão Lucas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dida Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haruna Hassan in the 26th minute of play. Dida Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fábio Montoia in the 27th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes XV de Piracicaba got a freekick which was hit by Fábio Montoia. In the 29th minute of the match José Pedro Dracena shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Michel Pernambucano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dida Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fábio Montoia in the 34th minute of play. When PREZULO FC's Cristóvão Lucas in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye XV de Piracicaba's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, XV de Piracicaba's Michel Pernambucano got control of the ball when Severino Secco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Severino Secco came free with the goalkeeper in the 43rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Michel Pernambucano could save by the left post. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for PREZULO FC!

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Haruna Hassan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When PREZULO FC's Cristóvão Lucas in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye XV de Piracicaba's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fábio Montoia in the 54th minute of play forced PREZULO FC's goalkeeper Dida Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michel Pernambucano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdir Ferraz in the 57th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, PREZULO FC's Valdir Ferraz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Michel Pernambucano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 60th match minute, PREZULO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emerson Rosa to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute, Valdir Ferraz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gonzalo Jurdan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of XV de Piracicaba booed when PREZULO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. XV de Piracicaba's Wen Yong Sha shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 71st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dida Brasil but with some difficulty. Haruna Hassan kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Michel Pernambucano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Silva in the 89th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded XV de Piracicaba left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than PREZULO FC.
