The Coice de Mula fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Eduardo Rossi should have stopped the shot. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Coice de Mula's goalkeeper Luís Eduardo Rossi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luís Eduardo Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. If Valério Xavier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FC Barrera 2.0 booed when Coice de Mula was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvaldo Soares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Coice de Mula's Luís Eduardo Rossi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleiton Furtado in the 18th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cleiton Furtado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luís Eduardo Rossi was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. The FC Barrera 2.0 fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when FC Barrera 2.0's Alex Lara looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The FC Barrera 2.0 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. FC Barrera 2.0's Thomás Travassos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save FC Barrera 2.0 from getting a goal against them. 36 minutes into the game, one of FC Barrera 2.0:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 38 minutes, Coice de Mula's Jardel Mula got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Thomás Travassos. The supporters of Coice de Mula booed when FC Barrera 2.0 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thiago de Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valério Xavier took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Eduardo Rossi. Luís Eduardo Rossi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diguinho de Godoi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Claudinei Vieira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coice de Mula's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Barrera 2.0 the free kick. After a rather tough play, Coice de Mula's Claudinei Vieira got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute of the match FC Barrera 2.0 got a corner. Coice de Mula's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gabriel Velasco ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Gabriel Velasco got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Luís Eduardo Rossi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 58 played minutes FC Barrera 2.0 got a freekick which was hit by Diguinho de Godoi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betinho Urbano in the 61st minute of play forced FC Barrera 2.0's goalkeeper Thomás Travassos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diguinho de Godoi got free with Luís Eduardo Rossi in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the match, Coice de Mula's goal looked a bit too open when Valério Xavier came free, but Luís Eduardo Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Diguinho de Godoi made a precise shot to the right of Luís Eduardo Rossi. Coice de Mula's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Luís Eduardo Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valério dos Santos in the 75th minute of play. William Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Thomás Travassos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the game, Valério Xavier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Luís Eduardo Rossi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Coice de Mula's Jardel Mula got a free kick in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Coice de Mula's goalkeeper Luís Eduardo Rossi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valério Xavier. Luís Eduardo Rossi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diguinho de Godoi went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-9 was the resulting score. The Coice de Mula fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Barrera 2.0 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
