Leonardo Trancoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 4 minutes, Davi Loureiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Samurai Champions FC and the Red Dragon FC - DMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th minute, Davi Loureiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gualter Tepedino charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gualter Tepedino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gualter Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 13thth minute of the game Jeferson Amaral who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Leonardo Trancoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13th minute, Gilvan Schmidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute of the match Kiko Antunes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonardo Trancoso skillfully saved the ball. Gilvan Schmidt kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeferson Amaral in the 16th minute of play forced Red Dragon FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Leonardo Trancoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17thth minute of the game Wilson Cruz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Samurai Champions FC's Alexsandro Netto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wilson Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexsandro Netto having to interfere. Emílio Ceresso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Alexsandro Netto threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wilson Cruz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Red Dragon FC - DMZ were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Samurai Champions FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gilvan Schmidt took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Vito de Carvalho heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Wilson Cruz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 35th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 36th minute Wilson Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexsandro Netto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Trancoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeferson Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Samurai Champions FC booed when Red Dragon FC - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Percy Cardoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Jeferson Amaral made a precise shot to the right of Leonardo Trancoso. Red Dragon FC - DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. If Wilson Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vito de Carvalho hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jeferson Amaral made a kick off. Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Leonardo Trancoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeferson Amaral in the 51st minute of play. After 56 played minutes Samurai Champions FC got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Silva. A collision led to Samurai Champions FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Cauã Arantes hit a great ball. In the 64th match minute, Samurai Champions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Luís Rossi to maneuver through the defense. Wilson Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexsandro Netto having to interfere. 71 minutes into the game, Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Claudinho de Queiroz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexsandro Netto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. When Davi Loureiro was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. A collision led to Samurai Champions FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Davi Loureiro hit a great ball. Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Gilvan Schmidt got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wilson Cruz scored 3-1 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexsandro Netto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Wilson Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Red Dragon FC - DMZ fully deserved thier win.
