An unexpectedly hard shot by Umberto Proença in the 12th minute of play forced Wolves FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Zé Veloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Coice de Mula's Luís Eduardo Rossi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Coice de Mula from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Wolves FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Willian Pena hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deivid Prestes in the 32nd minute of play forced Coice de Mula's goalkeeper Luís Eduardo Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the game, Dida Varela cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Luís Eduardo Rossi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Coice de Mula's Luís Eduardo Rossi got control of the ball when Dida Varela tried to sneak it across the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Coice de Mula's goalkeeper Luís Eduardo Rossi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruy Valle. In the 62nd match minute, Coice de Mula was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Betinho Urbano to maneuver through the defense. Zé Veloso made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Betinho Urbano sent off a good shot on target. In the 77th minute, Betinho Urbano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé Veloso was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 79th minute, Franklin Guerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Betinho Urbano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zé Veloso. That made the score 2-2 in the 80 minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Coice de Mula's goal looked a bit too open when Ruy Valle came free, but Luís Eduardo Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th match minute, Coice de Mula was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugênio Travassos to maneuver through the defense. 3-2 became the score in the 89th minute when Dida Varela elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 95 minutes, Willian Pena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wolves FC - DMZ and the Coice de Mula players grew even worse after the yellow card.
