Zé Veloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Zé Veloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Franklin Guerra during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 14 played minutes, Samurai Champions FC's Severino Siqueira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zé Veloso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Samurai Champions FC reached it. After a rather tough play, Samurai Champions FC's Zé Augusto Zanette got a free kick in the 16th minute. Betão do Nascimento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Alexsandro Netto made a huge save. In the 19th minute Wolves FC - DMZ were awarded a corner. Betão do Nascimento went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Wolves FC - DMZ's Betão do Nascimento to fire away a dangerous shot which Alexsandro Netto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With his leg Alexsandro Netto managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Wolves FC - DMZ's Ruy Valle fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Betão do Nascimento hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Zé Veloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Toledo in the 25th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Tony Viana cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Zé Veloso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30th minute, Franklin Guerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Dida Varela came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Wolves FC - DMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dida Varela couldn't finish the play. After 36 played minutes Samurai Champions FC got a freekick which was hit by Severino Siqueira. In the 38th minute, Tony Viana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Samurai Champions FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Leopoldo Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Velasco in the 44th minute of play forced Wolves FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Zé Veloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute Leopoldo Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Tony Viana made the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Wolves FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Willian Pena. If Tony Viana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute, Samurai Champions FC's Leopoldo Velasco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zé Veloso. Zé Veloso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Dida Varela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Alexsandro Netto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Alex Toledo took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Zé Veloso to make any attempt to save it. 62 minutes into the game, Tony Viana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Samurai Champions FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wolves FC - DMZ the free kick. A collision led to Samurai Champions FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Tony Viana hit a great ball. When Franklin Guerra came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Wolves FC - DMZ fans jumped to their feet. Betão do Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Alex Toledo took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zé Veloso. Zé Veloso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Zé Veloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Velasco in the 70th minute of play. Alexsandro Netto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruy Valle in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute of the match Wolves FC - DMZ got a corner. Samurai Champions FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Betão do Nascimento ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 85th minute, Alex Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Betão do Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wolves FC - DMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Betão do Nascimento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexsandro Netto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zé Veloso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alex Toledo in the 88th minute. After having played for 90 minutes, Ruy Valle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wolves FC - DMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruy Valle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When João Pedro da Mata fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Samurai Champions FC's protests and gave João Pedro da Mata a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Samurai Champions FC's João Pedro da Mata got a free kick in the 91st minute. Alex Toledo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Zé Veloso firmly grabbed it by the left post. The Wolves FC - DMZ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Samurai Champions FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
