The corner ended in Timoteo Dalmau almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cuenca S.C's Guillermo Pontones did a great save. 92 minutes into the match, Benedito de Sousa notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Cuenca S.C's Guillermo Pontones. Guillermo Pontones was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benedito de Sousa might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guillermo Pontones. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
