Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabrice Gamet to make the kick off. In the 77th minute, Sawino SA's Janusz Niedzwiecki ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jean-Pascal Weiss. Jean-Pascal Weiss yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-13. 80 minutes into the match, gipsy kings's goal looked a bit too open when Heintje Alemasov came free, but Jean-Pascal Weiss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Janusz Niedzwiecki kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jean-Pascal Weiss. That made the score 0-14 in the 81 minute of play. Min Eta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jean-Pascal Weiss came out and tried to block the shot, but Min Eta slotted it home off the left post making it 0-15 in the 83rd minute.
