In the 11th match minute, A4p FC Gad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horaţiu Arsenescu to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Ľubomír Smatana notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of A4p FC Gad's Olimpiu Târlea. Olimpiu Târlea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 21st minute, Ľubomír Smatana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UFC Pivnica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Olimpiu Târlea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanislav Záruba in the 24th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in A4p FC Gad's zone, Stanislav Záruba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olimpiu Târlea came out of the goal and Stanislav Záruba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olimpiu Târlea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ľubomír Smatana in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute Stanislav Záruba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olimpiu Târlea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to A4p FC Gad getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Remus Chițes hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, Pavol Rybnický made a precise shot to the right of Olimpiu Târlea. A4p FC Gad's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Tomáš Mišík kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Horaţiu Arsenescu hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Petru Tărău made a kick off. Luca Penaru's late challenge caught a UFC Pivnica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luca Penaru helped the player get up and apologised. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Petru Tărău put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Ladislav Lomnický. 63 minutes into the game, UFC Pivnica's Viktor Kasarda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olimpiu Târlea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. A4p FC Gad made a substitution. Dragoş Chindriș replaced Remus Chițes. In the 68th minute A4p FC Gad were awarded a corner. Niculae Boltașu went to the cornerflag to take it. A4p FC Gad's Niculae Boltașu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ladislav Lomnický in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Stanislav Záruba took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Olimpiu Târlea to make any attempt to save it. In the 79th minute Viktor Kasarda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olimpiu Târlea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavol Rybnický in the 79th minute of play forced A4p FC Gad's goalkeeper Olimpiu Târlea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pavol Rybnický didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-7 via right post in the game's 80th minute. UFC Pivnica's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Matei Filipoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Matei Filipoiu charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Stanislav Záruba received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Olimpiu Târlea came out and tried to block the shot, but Stanislav Záruba slotted it home off the left post making it 1-8 in the 89th minute. Olimpiu Târlea made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Ľubomír Smatana sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over UFC Pivnica could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than A4p FC Gad throughout the match.
