Chivu Quintana started the match with the kick off. In the 9th minute of the match, Victoriano Frederico got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jean dos Santos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jean dos Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Demario in the 12th minute of the match. Haroldo Martino hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the LOS HUITOS defense, Chivu Quintana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adrian Pes. The LOS HUITOS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adrian Pes should have stopped the shot. Jean dos Santos was a little too slow when Haroldo Martino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 27th minute of the match Virgílio Zanette shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adrian Pes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jean dos Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Esiquio in the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 楚庭潮 in the 36th minute of play forced LOS HUITOS's goalkeeper Adrian Pes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Horácio Maciel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Haroldo Martino to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Haroldo Martino made a precise shot to the right of Jean dos Santos. Remedios SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 63rd minute Guido Esiquio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean dos Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th match minute, Remedios SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonsinho Brodel to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of LOS HUITOS booed when Remedios SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chivu Quintana didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 75 minutes of play, LOS HUITOS's Guido Esiquio made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jean dos Santos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 83rd match minute, LOS HUITOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Xabel to maneuver through the defense. Adrian Pes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zé Augusto Sena went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. Afonsinho Brodel hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that LOS HUITOS were the better team. LOS HUITOS's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
