Florentino Weterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Ogășanu in the 2nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sydney FC's Adam Daller got a free kick in the 7th minute. Sydney FC's Emanuel Ogășanu got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emanuel Ogășanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Florentino Weterio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emanuel Ogășanu ran back to his position shaking his head. Florentino Weterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Ogășanu in the 11th minute of the match. Emanuel Ogășanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 21st minute of the match Sydney FC got a corner. LOS HUITOS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ferdinand Mendy ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Sydney FC's Emanuel Ogășanu in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LOS HUITOS's goalie prevented a goal. Alfred Marke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Weterio having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Sydney FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aquilino Palben came free, but Sebastian Titz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LOS HUITOS's Aquilino Palben managed to work through Sydney FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Aquilino Palben dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 29 minutes into the game, Aaron Frantzes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LOS HUITOS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sydney FC the free kick. Aaron Frantzes hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 36thth minute of the game Emanuel Ogășanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOS HUITOS's Florentino Weterio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Ogășanu in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florentino Weterio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Florentino Weterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Ogășanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Guy Rothe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florentino Weterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastian Titz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Palben, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 46 minutes in the game, Emanuel Ogășanu dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aquilino Palben to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Sydney FC's Emanuel Ogășanu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Florentino Weterio. That made the score 0-2 after 52 minutes of play. 56 minutes into the match, LOS HUITOS's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Ogășanu came free, but Florentino Weterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, LOS HUITOS's Florentino Weterio got control of the ball when Emanuel Ogășanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. During the 65th minute of the match Aaron Frantzes completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Aaron Frantzes a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. When Sydney FC's Emanuel Ogășanu, in the 67th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Sydney FC. Emanuel Ogășanus short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Florentino Weterio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Florentino Weterio made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Emanuel Ogășanu sent off a good shot on target. After 72 minutes LOS HUITOS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ferdinand Mendy who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Sydney FC's Ferdinand Mendy to fire away a dangerous shot which Florentino Weterio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sydney FC's attack was well implemented in the 75th minute, but when Emanuel Ogășanu was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Florentino Weterio came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Sydney FC's Önder Cebi. But to his dismay, Önder Cebi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Emanuel Ogășanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Florentino Weterio made a huge save. Florentino Weterio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emanuel Ogășanu's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 87thth minute of the game Emanuel Ogășanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOS HUITOS's Florentino Weterio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Ogășanu in the 94th minute of play forced LOS HUITOS's goalkeeper Florentino Weterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Emanuel Ogășanu notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of LOS HUITOS's Florentino Weterio. Florentino Weterio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
