An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Matela in the 17th minute of play forced KOGUCIKI's goalkeeper Wiktor Kaczmarek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wiktor Kaczmarek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomasz Sobania's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. With a little luck, Soczewki Gliwice's Damazy Kensicki got control of the ball when Ensar Taşdan tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomasz Sobania in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wiktor Kaczmarek saved KOGUCIKI from getting behind. Ensar Taşdan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Damazy Kensicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wiktor Kaczmarek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomasz Sobania, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Wiktor Kaczmarek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomasz Sobania in the 37th minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Soczewki Gliwice's Tomasz Sobania nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wiktor Kaczmarek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 46 minutes into the match, KOGUCIKI's goal looked a bit too open when Tomasz Sobania came free, but Wiktor Kaczmarek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damazy Kensicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wit Haskiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomasz Sobania stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Mister Rio fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soczewki Gliwice's protests and gave Mister Rio a yellow card for diving instead. The audience was convinced that Ensar Taşdan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Damazy Kensicki was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Soczewki Gliwice's Jago Back was substituted for Tudor Simionică. KOGUCIKI's Stasio Polkoski was substituted for Ensar Taşdan. KOGUCIKI's Teobald Pleban was substituted for Mateusz Kempka. Wiktor Kaczmarek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the game, Tomasz Sobania recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wiktor Kaczmarek. Tomasz Sobania showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Soczewki Gliwice's Tomasz Sobania slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wiktor Kaczmarek. That made the score 0-5 after 87 minutes of play. In the 92nd minute Stasio Polkoski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damazy Kensicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomasz Sobania sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomasz Sobania might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wiktor Kaczmarek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomasz Sobania ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomasz Sobania's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Wiktor Kaczmarek firmly grabbed it by the left post. The Soczewki Gliwice supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Soczewki Gliwice would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
