One Piece FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ruben Malta ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 24 minutes of play, Claretiano FC's Maurinho Mendonça made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Inocencio Felipo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The throw-in from Manu Betancur in the 27th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by One Piece FC's Arano Murguiondo. Birila Graña made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Orlando Orlando sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 30 minutes, Orlando Orlando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. One Piece FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Orlando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Inocencio Felipo came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Claretiano FC's Maurinho Mendonça. But to his dismay, Maurinho Mendonça quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 40th minute, Manu Betancur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute of the match Claretiano FC got a corner. One Piece FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ruben Malta ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 46 minutes One Piece FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ruben Malta who took care of the corner kick. Ruben Malta made a great header on Claretiano FC's corner, it was just that One Piece FC's Inocencio Felipo managed to reach the ball for a save. The One Piece FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Claretiano FC were winning 0-4.

Inocencio Felipo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Maurinho Mendonça came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Claretiano FC fans jumped to their feet. In the 69th minute Claretiano FC were awarded a corner. Benigno Viñal went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Favila Ribadas heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Claretiano FC made a substitution. Gelacio Salceda replaced Qu Lei Chang. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maurinho Mendonça in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Inocencio Felipo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Claretiano FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
