The AC Papicho fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Egun Lisundia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute, Fabian Oterino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alexander Shaw. The goal made the score 1-1. 30 minutes into the match, Gianluca Lapadula notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Atlético Grau Piura's Tartalo Delatorre. Tartalo Delatorre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tartalo Delatorre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gianluca Lapadula in the 38th minute of the match. When Angel Beltxe fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AC Papicho's protests and gave Angel Beltxe a yellow card for diving instead. Angel Beltxe hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Atlético Grau Piura made a substitution. King Reyes replaced Andoni Ascarza. A collision led to AC Papicho getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Angel Beltxe hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gianluca Lapadula was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute of the match, Gianluca Lapadula got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tartalo Delatorre was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Gianluca Lapadula came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tartalo Delatorre could save by the left post. Rodolfo Mora recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Federico Moura hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. AC Papicho made a substitution. Frasquito Abrego replaced Gianluca Lapadula. A collision led to Atlético Grau Piura getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Federico Moura hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Frasquito Abrego took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Tartalo Delatorre to make any attempt to save it. Atlético Grau Piura made a substitution. Junior Quintana replaced Fabian Oterino. After having played for 79 minutes, Junior Quintana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Grau Piura's supporters crossed their fingers, but Junior Quintana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tartalo Delatorre was a little too slow when Frasquito Abrego got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 1-4. In the 84th minute, Frasquito Abrego hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of AC Papicho booed when Atlético Grau Piura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Moura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexander Shaw showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Junior Quintana, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. AC Papicho played a much better game than Atlético Grau Piura and deserved their victory. The Atlético Grau Piura players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
