In the 13th minute D.J. 武磊 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Pilarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Borys Poreda made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Szczepan Fiszer sent off a good shot on target. 17 minutes into the match, Vaggelis Pavlidis notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Victoria Toruń's Borys Poreda. Borys Poreda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Victoria Toruń's Albertino Lemos got a free kick in the 21st minute. Bogdan Pilarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhu Yan Quan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on Victoria Toruń's corner Burt Burachek fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bogdan Pilarski quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vaggelis Pavlidis got free with Borys Poreda in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vęgoria Team were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Victoria Toruń's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emre Demir took the corner. The corner ended in Barnaba Marchewka almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Victoria Toruń's Borys Poreda did a great save. Bogdan Pilarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhu Yan Quan, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zhu Yan Quan to make the kick off. With a little luck, Vęgoria Team's Bogdan Pilarski got control of the ball when Zhu Yan Quan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zhu Yan Quan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Bogdan Pilarski made a huge save. After 64 played minutes Victoria Toruń got a freekick which was hit by Albertino Lemos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vaggelis Pavlidis in the 66th minute of play forced Victoria Toruń's goalkeeper Borys Poreda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cornelio Ourente lost his temper 69 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Vęgoria Team! An unexpectedly hard shot by Dragolyub Dzhahov in the 73rd minute of play forced Vęgoria Team's goalkeeper Bogdan Pilarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dragolyub Dzhahov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Bogdan Pilarski made a huge save. A collision led to Victoria Toruń getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Eliseu Fantini hit a great ball. The Vęgoria Team fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when Vęgoria Team's Roman Sierocki looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhu Yan Quan in the 94th minute of play forced Vęgoria Team's goalkeeper Bogdan Pilarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bogdan Pilarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhu Yan Quan in the 94th minute of play. Vęgoria Team's attentive Szczepan Fiszer managed to snatch the ball when Eliseu Fantini made a throw-in in the 95th minute of the game.
