Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jarūnas Kuliešius in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Austen Farrow saved Cementerio Club from getting behind. 18 minutes into the match, Cementerio Club's goal looked a bit too open when Jarūnas Kuliešius came free, but Austen Farrow reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute of the match FC Alytus United got a corner. Cementerio Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jarūnas Kuliešius ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jarūnas Kuliešius made a great header on FC Alytus United's corner, it was just that Cementerio Club's Austen Farrow managed to reach the ball for a save. Austen Farrow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarūnas Kuliešius in the 22nd minute of the match. Austen Farrow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kris Chamberlain in the 26th minute of play. Cementerio Club's Austen Farrow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarūnas Kuliešius in the 27th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Deividas Mencendorfs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute of the match Ermegildo Demario shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edvīns van der Sar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Cementerio Club's Ivan Baleren got a free kick in the 45th minute. Cementerio Club's Austen Farrow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kris Chamberlain in the 46th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jarūnas Kuliešius to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Cementerio Club's goal looked a bit too open when Romualdas Motiekaitis came free, but Austen Farrow reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Austen Farrow made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Jarūnas Kuliešius sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Cementerio Club booed when FC Alytus United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 68th minute of the match, Romualdas Motiekaitis tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Austen Farrow saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After having played for 98 minutes, Jarūnas Kuliešius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Alytus United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jarūnas Kuliešius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
