In the 10th minute of the match, Matías Castro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gianluigi Buffon saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alfredinho Leão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Rodrigues in the 15th minute of the match. In the 15th match minute, E.C Mont Castello - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morgan Sjöö to maneuver through the defense. Veríssimo Dantas took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gianluigi Buffon. Gianluigi Buffon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Marcos Rodrigues sped through E.C Mont Castello - FDFDF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alfredinho Leão. A hard shot 30 in the game by Matías Castro from a close distance when the talented Gianluigi Buffon managed to make a qualified save. Apocalipse FC's players were relieved. Veríssimo Dantas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcos Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredinho Leão having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, E.C Mont Castello - FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Rodrigues came free, but Alfredinho Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcos Rodrigues made a kick off. After some careless play in the Apocalipse FC defense, Veríssimo Dantas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gianluigi Buffon. The Apocalipse FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gianluigi Buffon should have stopped the shot. When E.C Mont Castello - FDFDF's Veríssimo Dantas in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 73rd minute Matías Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to E.C Mont Castello - FDFDF getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Morgan Sjöö hit a great ball. E.C Mont Castello - FDFDF's Elano Quirino suffered a sore thigh after 77 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Ruy Tinoco kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match.
