Téo Massa took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michel Buffon. Michel Buffon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Coice de Mula's goal looked a bit too open when Beto Vaz came free, but Gianluigi Orange reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sampaio Corrêa FC - FDFDF's Michel Buffon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Sampaio Corrêa FC - FDFDF from getting a goal against them. In the 10th minute, one of Coice de Mula:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Coice de Mula. Gianluigi Orange had in the 13thth minute some difficulties stopping Frank Cardozo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The supporters of Coice de Mula booed when Sampaio Corrêa FC - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinícius Macedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcus de Toledo made in the 35th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Coice de Mula's Pedro Paulo Seco. Michel Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Per-Oskar Kihlberg in the 37th minute. After a rather tough play, Coice de Mula's Well-Well Übelhöhr got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Sampaio Corrêa FC - FDFDF made a substitution. Gero Resines replaced Beto Vaz. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Per-Oskar Kihlberg made the kick off in the second half. Michel Buffon came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Coice de Mula's Per-Oskar Kihlberg. But to his dismay, Per-Oskar Kihlberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franklin Moraes in the 58th minute of play forced Sampaio Corrêa FC - FDFDF's goalkeeper Michel Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 minutes Sampaio Corrêa FC - FDFDF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Norbert Kosowski who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Coice de Mula's Franklin Moraes to fire away a dangerous shot which Michel Buffon despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Coice de Mula's Franklin Moraes in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sampaio Corrêa FC - FDFDF's goalie prevented a goal. Franklin Moraes fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 63rd minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Coice de Mula made a substitution. Elano Salgado replaced Per-Oskar Kihlberg. In the 66th minute, Romário Custódio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Coice de Mula fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Norbert Kosowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Buffon having to interfere. After 82 played minutes Sampaio Corrêa FC - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Marcus de Toledo. Gianluigi Orange made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Gero Resines sent off a good shot on target. Romário Custódio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Michel Buffon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gero Resines recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Michel Buffon came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Coice de Mula's Elano Salgado. But to his dismay, Elano Salgado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Coice de Mula's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
