The corner led FC Hackspett U21's Edvard Klemensson to fire away a dangerous shot which Aaron Bergström despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 9th minute Matías Giménez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Bergström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Bergström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvin Brenner in the 10th minute of the match. Matías Giménez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Bergström having to interfere. Bengt-Rune Palm's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Tony Henriksson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Aaron Bergström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Georg Klintæus in the 45th minute of play forced FC Hackspett U21's goalkeeper Tony Henriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when FC Kenglo's Georg Klintæus fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alvin Brenner made a kick off. With his leg Aaron Bergström managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when FC Hackspett U21's Jan-Ove Håning fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bengt-Rune Palm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tony Henriksson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to FC Hackspett U21 getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Well-Well Wing hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the match, Jan-Ove Håning dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aaron Bergström, 1-3. FC Hackspett U21's Edvard Klemensson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Stig-Arne Wallander, made in the 63rd minute of the game. Bengt-Rune Palm's late challenge caught a FC Hackspett U21's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bengt-Rune Palm helped the player get up and apologised. Bengt-Rune Palm hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. FC Hackspett U21 made a substitution. After 93 played minutes FC Kenglo got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Arne Wallander. 93 minutes into the match, Jan-Ove Håning dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aaron Bergström, 1-6. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Hackspett U21 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
