Fritz Berghmanss short, quick shot in the 7thth minute got Keylor Navas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 9 minutes into the game, Rene Sergi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BEST FABIO F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NECKER49 the free kick. In the 8th minute, one of BEST FABIO F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BEST FABIO F.C.. Rodrigo Garro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Keylor Navas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Olivier Dubs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Abastas in the 16th minute of play. Fritz Berghmans kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, NECKER49's goalkeeper Keylor Navas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fritz Berghmans. Keylor Navas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fritz Berghmans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BEST FABIO F.C.'s Olivier Dubs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Lavalle in the 23rd minute of play. If Fritz Berghmans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fritz Berghmans might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Keylor Navas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fritz Berghmans ran back to his position shaking his head. Keylor Navas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fritz Berghmans, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Olivier Dubs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Ursino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes, Raul Raymon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NECKER49 and the BEST FABIO F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Çelikan Başsoy was the one to do the kick off. Gregorio Claude hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, NECKER49's goal looked a bit too open when Gino de Brito came free, but Keylor Navas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stor Klack in the 81st minute of play forced NECKER49's goalkeeper Keylor Navas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BEST FABIO F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gino de Brito in the 82nd minute. The corner led BEST FABIO F.C.'s Gino de Brito to fire away a dangerous shot which Keylor Navas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Olivier Dubs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Lavalle, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stor Klack in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keylor Navas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Stor Klack had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. NECKER49's Keylor Navas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stor Klack in the 95th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
