The audience thought a goal was coming when Fausto Mendonça got free with Jarbas Quadros in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Naldo Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, PREZULO FC's Shi Xi Zhen got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 9th minute, one of Scarlet Speedster:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Scarlet Speedster. Naldo Proença had in the 9thth minute some difficulties stopping Turgut Soyuer's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 13th minute of the game Dom Lugano made a throw-in which Jens-Ove Eriksson played forward. If Turgut Soyuer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Jonathan Otto managed to get in a good position for a shot. PREZULO FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathan Otto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Naldo Proença breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Jonathan Otto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Turgut Soyuer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Naldo Proença tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Turgut Soyuer in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Naldo Proença prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Turgut Soyuer to make the kick off. A hard shot 51 in the game by Turgut Soyuer from a close distance when the talented Naldo Proença managed to make a qualified save. Scarlet Speedster's players were relieved. A collision led to Scarlet Speedster getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Tomas Wallin hit a great ball. In the 61st minute Turgut Soyuer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naldo Proença saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as PREZULO FC's Franz Beckenbauer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Naldo Proença. That made the score 1-1 after 67 minutes of play. PREZULO FC made a substitution. Isaac Ferreira replaced Turgut Soyuer. PREZULO FC's He Xiao was substituted for Jonathan Otto. Scarlet Speedster's Naldo Proença played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by He Xiao in the 72nd minute of play. Naldo Proença made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Betão de Brito sent off a good shot on target. Jarbas Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raigo Vananurm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Naldo Proença showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Jaunzuria in the 82nd minute of the match. Betão de Brito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Naldo Proença made a huge save. In the 87th minute PREZULO FC were awarded a corner. Shi Xi Zhen went to the cornerflag to take it. PREZULO FC's Shi Xi Zhen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Naldo Proença in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Naldo Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Naldo Proença made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Betão de Brito sent off a good shot on target.
