José Sand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gilbert Kordalewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Sand in the 14th minute of play. Nilson Peres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wincent Szotek in the 15th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, José Sand managed to get in a good position for a shot. ITAFUT 4EVER's supporters rose to their feet, but José Sand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilbert Kordalewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. B&B Jelenia Góra:s Gilbert Kordalewski showed great skill when he stopped Jean-Paul Møffelmand:s penalty. Nilson Peres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wincent Szotek in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wincent Szotek in the 29th minute of play forced ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Nilson Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by B&B Jelenia Góra's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. After 45 minutes of play, ITAFUT 4EVER's José Sand made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gilbert Kordalewski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arrigo Trinca to make the kick off. Gilbert Kordalewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Sand, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. If José Sand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in B&B Jelenia Góra's zone, José Sand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilbert Kordalewski came out of the goal and José Sand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ITAFUT 4EVER's Jardel Baggio was substituted for José Sand. ITAFUT 4EVER's Boguslaw Tarasek was substituted for João Vítor Porto. In the 66th match minute, ITAFUT 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião Henriques to maneuver through the defense. Boguslaw Tarasek scored 0-5 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilbert Kordalewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boguslaw Tarasek in the 75th minute of play forced B&B Jelenia Góra's goalkeeper Gilbert Kordalewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The ITAFUT 4EVER supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ITAFUT 4EVER would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
