Pedro Luiz Cordeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Cuenca in the 14th minute of play forced Tomb Raider FC's goalkeeper João Pedro Meirelles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Luciano Cuenca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Pedro Meirelles. Tomb Raider FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luciano Cuenca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Tomb Raider FC's goal looked a bit too open when Godfredo Barroso came free, but João Pedro Meirelles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guto Jacinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balthazar Minnen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AFC Cherries's Guto Jacinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Váldson Palmeira in the 22nd minute of play. Guto Jacinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Luiz Cordeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Váldson Palmeira sped through AFC Cherries's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Guto Jacinto. Guto Jacinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Váldson Palmeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Tomb Raider FC's Filipe Abraão sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guto Jacinto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tomb Raider FC were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after AFC Cherries's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Váldson Palmeira took the corner. Guto Jacinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantijn Schoovaerts in the 40th minute of play. Guto Jacinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantijn Schoovaerts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Pedro Meirelles made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Kaj Låsberg sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rdth minute of the game Pedro Luiz Cordeiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC Cherries's Guto Jacinto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 47th match minute, Tomb Raider FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Váldson Palmeira to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kaj Låsberg made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Constantijn Schoovaerts got free with Guto Jacinto in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. João Pedro Meirelles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Barroso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 53rd minute AFC Cherries were awarded a corner. Luciano Cuenca went to the cornerflag to take it. Luciano Cuenca made a great header on AFC Cherries's corner, it was just that Tomb Raider FC's João Pedro Meirelles managed to reach the ball for a save. When Tomb Raider FC's Balthazar Minnen in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 71st match minute, Tomb Raider FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aírton Nogueira to maneuver through the defense. AFC Cherries made a substitution. Václav Buš replaced Benjamin Pabon. After 72 played minutes Tomb Raider FC got a freekick which was hit by Aírton Nogueira. The crowd rose to their feet as Tomb Raider FC's Pedro Luiz Cordeiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Guto Jacinto. That made the score 1-2 after 76 minutes of play. Pedro Luiz Cordeiros short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Guto Jacinto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Váldson Palmeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaj Låsberg in the 87th minute of play forced Tomb Raider FC's goalkeeper João Pedro Meirelles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balthazar Minnen in the 88th minute of play forced AFC Cherries's goalkeeper Guto Jacinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kaj Låsberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomb Raider FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
