The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guilherme do Vale was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Paunero's Uriel Bingen got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 71 minutes, Vágner Arósio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the VARGINHA FC and the Paunero players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to VARGINHA FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Vágner Arósio hit a great ball. The supporters of Paunero booed when VARGINHA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Paunero eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
