In the 3rd match minute, Team E.C Dahls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Torkildsen to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute, Guilherme do Vale left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VARGINHA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Carl-Rune Strandheim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 14 minutes into the match, Team E.C Dahls's goal looked a bit too open when Guilherme do Vale came free, but Audun Rokstad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 minutes, Denílson Vidal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the VARGINHA FC and the Team E.C Dahls players grew even worse after the yellow card. VARGINHA FC's Gabriel Medeiros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save VARGINHA FC from getting a goal against them. Team E.C Dahls were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after VARGINHA FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stig Kirkevold took the corner. Team E.C Dahls's Audun Rokstad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guilherme do Vale in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Denílson Vidal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Audun Rokstad was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Team E.C Dahls's Audun Rokstad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulão Nóbrega in the 27th minute of play. A collision led to Team E.C Dahls getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Martin Mellingen hit a great ball. Audun Rokstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauan Meireles in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauan Meireles in the 35th minute of play forced Team E.C Dahls's goalkeeper Audun Rokstad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Team E.C Dahls booed when VARGINHA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Pedro Cardoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Medeiros was a little too slow when Johan Hilleren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carl-Rune Strandheim got free with Gabriel Medeiros in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

In the 54th minute, Carl-Rune Strandheim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Audun Rokstad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kauan Meireles, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guilherme do Vale got free with Audun Rokstad in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gabriel Medeiros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Hilleren in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Geovânio Saldanha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl-Rune Strandheim in the 70th minute of the match. Martin Mellingen hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Audun Rokstad was a little too slow when Paulão Nóbrega got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 1-3. Kauan Meireles hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the game, Johan Hilleren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Gabriel Medeiros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 90th minute Denílson Vidal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Audun Rokstad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Paulão Nóbrega recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Audun Rokstad. Paulão Nóbrega showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-5. After a defensive mix-up in VARGINHA FC's zone, Carl-Rune Strandheim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Medeiros came out of the goal and Carl-Rune Strandheim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
