In the 5thth minute of the game Endrik Verde who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sundborn IF's Kalle Askberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sundborn IF were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after GFG VOEL's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sven-Olof Stephansson took the corner. The corner led Sundborn IF's Bernardo Pitta to fire away a dangerous shot which Jes Linnig despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, GFG VOEL's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Håning came free, but Jes Linnig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 20 minutes, Helge Pihlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GFG VOEL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Helge Pihlberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Helge Pihlberg in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kalle Askberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kalle Askberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Endrik Verde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sundborn IF's goalkeeper Kalle Askberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Duro Takle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Sven-Olof Stephansson in the 35th minute really tested Jes Linnig's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Hugon Zjawin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Helge Pihlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 46th match minute, GFG VOEL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radomir Kicia to maneuver through the defense.

Sundborn IF's Kaloyan Mitashev was substituted for Henning Bennet. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Endrik Verde made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Camilo Suarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jes Linnig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaloyan Mitashev in the 60th minute of the match. Sundborn IF's Aqşin Aläkbärov was substituted for Jan Håning. After a rather tough play, GFG VOEL's Tiburcio Luix got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 68th match minute, GFG VOEL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugon Zjawin to maneuver through the defense. Helge Pihlberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kalle Askberg having to make a save. Sundborn IF's Kalle Askberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Sundborn IF from getting a goal against them. Jes Linnig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aqşin Aläkbärov, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Sven-Olof Stephansson charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven-Olof Stephansson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of GFG VOEL booed when Sundborn IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Olof Stephansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Sven-Olof Stephansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Endrik Verde in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kalle Askberg saved Sundborn IF from getting behind. Ted Holmgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Jes Linnig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute Alf Hansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jes Linnig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th match minute, GFG VOEL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Suarez to maneuver through the defense. GFG VOEL's Jes Linnig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ted Holmgren in the 96th minute of play.
