After 37 minutes, Quinten Palma mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Felicidad and the 合肥天空 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 徐铮希 was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Tomi Betzanos sped through 合肥天空's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of 梅洲霖. Tomi Betzanos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gorka Ezquibela in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 梅洲霖 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 84 minutes into the match, 合肥天空's goal looked a bit too open when Chaime Baraña came free, but 梅洲霖 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gorka Ezquibela got his second yellow card in the match during the 85th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Tomi Betzanos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 梅洲霖 having to interfere. 梅洲霖 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomi Betzanos in the 91st minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Felicidad fully deserved thier win.
