Granadero10's Sydney Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvaldo Leal in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Glauco Aparecido notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Granadero10's Sydney Barros. Sydney Barros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 14 minutes into the match, Granadero10's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Pereira came free, but Sydney Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Virgílio Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Lúcio Domingues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Pereira in the 33rd minute of play forced Granadero10's goalkeeper Sydney Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the game, Kauan Siqueira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Granadero10's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Capivara FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Granadero10's Kauan Siqueira got a free kick in the 36th minute. Dieguinho Pinho was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 37th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Capivara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Virgílio Seco came free, but Lúcio Domingues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Glauco Aparecido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Glauco Aparecido to make the kick off. Lúcio Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgílio Seco in the 51st minute of play. Sydney Barros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edvaldo Leal in the 54th minute. In the 61st minute, Luciano Pereira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luciano Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sydney Barros having to interfere. Capivara FC's Glauco Aparecido got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Glauco Aparecido managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capivara FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Glauco Aparecido was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sydney Barros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Capivara FC's Glauco Aparecido got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th minute, Glauco Aparecido left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Capivara FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Baltazar Sampaio charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baltazar Sampaio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lúcio Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgílio Seco in the 95th minute of play. Capivara FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
