When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and José Paulo Mendonça made a kick off. If Kauã Mandrak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Apat Reina made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jago Štriker in the 61st minute. Apat Reina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jago Štriker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jago Štrikers short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Apat Reina to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Augusto Saldanha showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. The supporters of Retumbante FC booed when Gracie Barra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Danielsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augusto Saldanha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Apat Reina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. The Retumbante FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gracie Barra were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
