In the 12th minute Ionuț Trică shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Focșa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frans Toussain scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dumitru Cinteză, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ştefan Mârzac's late challenge caught a WonderKids tEam's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After the first half f.c. sKRotone were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Frans Toussain made the kick off in the second half. WonderKids tEam's Dumitru Cinteză played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vennard Sundoro in the 52nd minute of play. Dumitru Cinteză showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frans Toussain in the 55th minute of the match. In the 78thth minute of the game Frans Toussain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but WonderKids tEam's Dumitru Cinteză was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Diamantino Prado hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After having played for 88 minutes, Vilgot Västlund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WonderKids tEam's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vilgot Västlund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vennard Sundoro in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dumitru Cinteză prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 93 minutes into the game, Carmelo Idacio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Dan Focșa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Frans Toussain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Dumitru Cinteză made a huge save.
