Maurice Yoshioka ran over to the corner to take the kick. 11 minutes into the match, Mateo Pession had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Preston Esposito. DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mateo Pession was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO booed when ACR SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludomil Rasimowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's Pascal Sheldon got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mateo Pession scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Preston Esposito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ACR SA were winning 0-3.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mateo Pession stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mateo Pession's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Preston Esposito firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 56th minute, Gustaw Kochanowski made a precise shot to the right of Preston Esposito. DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's Preston Esposito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olgierd Ochylski in the 59th minute of play. In the 64thth minute of the game Glen Hawk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ACR SA's Waldemar Klimkiewicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Preston Esposito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Pession in the 66th minute of the match. After 68 minutes, Milton Arthur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO and the ACR SA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 68 played minutes DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO got a freekick which was hit by Milton Arthur. With his leg Preston Esposito managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when ACR SA's Gustaw Kochanowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Preston Esposito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludomil Rasimowicz in the 80th minute of the match. Pascal Sheldon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pascal Sheldon during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the final whistle sounded ACR SA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO.
