That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. Guaberto Santana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franz Torres having to make a save. 12 minutes into the match, MDQ Raptors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Pascal Herrmann came free, but Albano Rameriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albano Rameriz made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Jean-Pascal Herrmann sent off a good shot on target. 19 minutes into the match, MDQ Raptors FC's goalkeeper Albano Rameriz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ange Chatry. Franz Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guaberto Santana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Primitivo Terciero charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Primitivo Terciero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Primitivo Terciero hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. The supporters of MDQ Raptors FC booed when Cats and dogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ange Chatry didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorio Kismi in the 32nd minute of play forced Cats and dogs's goalkeeper Franz Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hocine Maret recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute Jean-Pascal Herrmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Rameriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, MDQ Raptors FC's Albano Rameriz got control of the ball when Jean-Pascal Herrmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 45th minute of the match Cats and dogs got a corner. MDQ Raptors FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ange Chatry ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of MDQ Raptors FC's goalie and right to Hocine Maret. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. MDQ Raptors FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guaberto Santana in the 48th minute of play forced Cats and dogs's goalkeeper Franz Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Franz Torres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guaberto Santana in the 53rd minute. Franz Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorio Kismi in the 55th minute of the match. After 57 played minutes Cats and dogs got a freekick which was hit by Hocine Maret. After 58 played minutes Cats and dogs got a freekick which was hit by Nelson Ricquebourg. After 63 minutes, Ange Chatry mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cats and dogs and the MDQ Raptors FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th minute, Ange Chatry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guaberto Santana got free with Franz Torres in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. MDQ Raptors FC's Albano Rameriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ange Chatry in the 68th minute of play. Ildefonso Efren kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. When Ange Chatry came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Cats and dogs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ange Chatry couldn't finish the play. After 77 minutes of play Cats and dogs's Ange Chatry was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Cats and dogs getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Ange Chatry hit a great ball. Luis Benvide kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jean-Pascal Herrmann during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 82nd match minute, Cats and dogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-Pascal Herrmann to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean-Pascal Herrmann in the 84th minute of play forced MDQ Raptors FC's goalkeeper Albano Rameriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, MDQ Raptors FC's Guaberto Santana ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Franz Torres. Franz Torres yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Franz Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorio Kismi in the 94th minute of play. Hocine Maret sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. MDQ Raptors FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
