Remigiusz Mudry came out of the goal and Mateo Pession tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The throw-in from Daniele Pace in the 27th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ACR SA's Olgierd Ochylski. With his leg Waldemar Klimkiewicz managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when BESTIA GDAŃSK's Radoslaw Walentowicz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Olgierd Ochylski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as BESTIA GDAŃSK's Gustaw Dobrowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Waldemar Klimkiewicz. That made the score 1-0 after 43 minutes of play. If Roman Dejo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roman Dejo to make the kick off. ACR SA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucjan Mostowiak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. BESTIA GDAŃSK's Roman Dejo got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 83 minutes, Radoslaw Walentowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BESTIA GDAŃSK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radoslaw Walentowicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, ACR SA's Norbert Zahemski got a free kick in the 91st minute. When Gustaw Kochanowski came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the ACR SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustaw Kochanowski couldn't finish the play. After 96 played minutes ACR SA got a freekick which was hit by Jurand Hajduk. Waldemar Klimkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korneliusz Fink in the 96th minute of play. ACR SA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
