Majestic Club FC's Mane Rapado quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eutropio Llerena, made in the 4th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Municipal's zone, Octavio Bras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ratko Glavak came out of the goal and Octavio Bras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The throw-in from Eutropio Llerena in the 10th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Majestic Club FC's Mane Rapado. Ratko Glavak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Octavio Bras in the 12th minute. Arsenio Pelayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Maestri in the 13th minute of play. Octavio Bras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Ratko Glavak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute Manu Kanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ratko Glavak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ratko Glavak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Bras in the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Bras in the 19th minute of play forced Deportivo Municipal's goalkeeper Ratko Glavak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ratko Glavak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavio Bras in the 21st minute of play. A collision led to Deportivo Municipal getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Ciano Briz hit a great ball. Ratko Glavak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Bras in the 28th minute of the match. Octavio Bras's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ratko Glavak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Deportivo Municipal's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cezary Awizo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 40th minute, Octavio Bras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manu Kanu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Ratko Glavak when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 45th minute Manu Kanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ratko Glavak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Octavio Bras stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Octavio Bras who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Municipal's Ratko Glavak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66thth minute of the game Manu Kanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Municipal's Ratko Glavak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 70 played minutes, Majestic Club FC's Pero Echart shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ratko Glavak came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Majestic Club FC reached it. Manu Kanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ratko Glavak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, Octavio Bras was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Majestic Club FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Municipal the free kick. In the 81st match minute, Deportivo Municipal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Seguinus Ortega to maneuver through the defense. Ratko Glavak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Octavio Bras went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Majestic Club FC's Arsenio Pelayo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Majestic Club FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Majestic Club FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Mane Rapado hit a great ball. Flavio Maestri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arsenio Pelayo having to make a save. With a little luck, Majestic Club FC's Arsenio Pelayo got control of the ball when Flavio Maestri tried to sneak it across the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Majestic Club FC's goalkeeper Arsenio Pelayo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavio Maestri.
