Evelio Salvadore was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Enrique Cassaretto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. If Enrique Cassaretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Evelio Salvadore made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Enrique Cassaretto sent off a good shot on target. In the 9th minute, Enrique Cassaretto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evelio Salvadore was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. C.A.Esparta's Felix Orlan got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 16th minute, Iacob Roman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 minutes CD Municipal's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tiburcio Guillelmo who took care of the corner kick. Evelio Salvadore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Cassaretto in the 21st minute of the match. After 26 played minutes CD Municipal got a freekick which was hit by Martino Armona. After having played for 32 minutes, Enrique Cassaretto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Municipal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrique Cassaretto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. George Forsyth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Guillelmo in the 34th minute of the match. Enrique Cassaretto might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evelio Salvadore. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enrique Cassaretto ran back to his position shaking his head. 36 minutes into the match, C.A.Esparta's goalkeeper Evelio Salvadore had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Cassaretto. Sven-Hendrik Ohmer hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, Gottfrid Ek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Federico Puja hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Sven-Hendrik Ohmer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but George Forsyth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sven-Hendrik Ohmer was the one to do the kick off. Federico Puja got a throw-in 51 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Enrique Cassaretto. CD Municipal's Ryota Miyagi was substituted for Enrique Cassaretto. Evelio Salvadore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oalo Dean in the 60th minute of the match. George Forsyth was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Sven-Hendrik Ohmer capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sven-Hendrik Ohmer really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. C.A.Esparta's Oswaldo Junior was substituted for Sven-Hendrik Ohmer. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Oalo Dean put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Evelio Salvadore. Oalo Dean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Evelio Salvadore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. CD Municipal had played much better football throughout.
