Bernardo Estevez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matty Higginson having to make a save. Bernardo Estevez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Leopoldo Petri successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Fabian Valery kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th match minute, F.C North was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quentin Garner to maneuver through the defense. When Bernardo Estevez came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Los Hornos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Estevez couldn't finish the play. Bernardo Estevez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Matty Higginson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Estevez in the 23rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Bernardo Estevez sped through F.C North's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Matty Higginson. Matty Higginson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Estevez's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Eustaquio Omero hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 32ndth minute of the game Bernardo Estevez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C North's Matty Higginson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Barney Greenwood could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Leopoldo Petri made a huge save. When Los Hornos's Bernardo Estevez in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye F.C North's goalie prevented a goal. Matty Higginson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Omero in the 37th minute of play. Matty Higginson came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Hornos's Bernardo Estevez. But to his dismay, Bernardo Estevez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. F.C North's Matty Higginson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Omero in the 42nd minute of play. After 44 played minutes F.C North got a freekick which was hit by Alfie Senior. Quentin Garner got a throw-in 46 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Tommy Sharpe. Los Hornos made a substitution. Melchor Raymond replaced Wilfredo Innocenzio. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 54 minutes, Eustaquio Omero made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. F.C North's Matty Higginson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 59th minute Leandro Guib shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matty Higginson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.C North's Matty Higginson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save F.C North from getting a goal against them. Quentin Garner hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Stefan Chambers tried in the game's 65th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Matty Higginson. An annoying self made goal, 0-4. After 67 played minutes F.C North got a freekick which was hit by Martyn Ginn. After some careless play in the F.C North defense, Bernardo Estevez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matty Higginson. The F.C North fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matty Higginson should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Hornos's Eustaquio Omero slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Matty Higginson. That made the score 0-6 after 72 minutes of play. 76 minutes into the match, Bernardo Estevez notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of F.C North's Matty Higginson. Matty Higginson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Matty Higginson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Guib, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The Los Hornos fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Los Hornos's Bernardo Estevez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bernardo Estevez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Claudio Fonso struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Matty Higginson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Hornos. 91 minutes into the game, Los Hornos's Bernardo Estevez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matty Higginson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernardo Estevez got free with Matty Higginson in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Tommy Sharpe fell near the penalty area in the 98th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C North's protests and gave Tommy Sharpe a yellow card for diving instead. Los Hornos's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
