Pavao Zadro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nestor Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Skytt in the 3rd minute of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Pavao Zadro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joel Cristofor. NECKER49's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pavao Zadro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When John Skytt came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the NECKER49 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John Skytt couldn't finish the play. Pavao Zadro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joel Cristofor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Prospero Perico's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Joel Cristofor skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Prospero Perico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Cristofor having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling John Skytt in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nestor Cortez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nestor Cortez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Totakoxe, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. The audience was convinced that Pavao Zadro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joel Cristofor was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 34th minute of the match Lobos de Carelia got a corner. NECKER49's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Horacio Oliverios ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Lobos de Carelia's Tomás Laurendi getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Nestor Cortez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Skytt in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Pavao Zadro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joel Cristofor. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 44th minute Silvano Casanova shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pavao Zadro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Cristofor having to interfere. Riki Čapo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Nestor Cortez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

53 minutes into the match, NECKER49's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Perico came free, but Joel Cristofor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nestor Cortez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Skytt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute, Pavao Zadro made a precise shot to the right of Joel Cristofor. NECKER49's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Nestor Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Skytt in the 61st minute of the match. When Pavao Zadro came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Lobos de Carelia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pavao Zadro couldn't finish the play. Lobos de Carelia's Saul Montrel was substituted for Serafino Venerando. NECKER49 made a substitution. Salvador Bernat replaced Riki Čapo. In the 69th minute, Eusebio Rios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Cristofor was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Santiago Totakoxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Cortez having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Lobos de Carelia's goalkeeper Nestor Cortez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Salvador Bernat. The audience thought a goal was coming when Salvador Bernat got free with Nestor Cortez in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nestor Cortez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Gonzáles, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. NECKER49's Joel Cristofor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prospero Perico in the 86th minute of play. Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Lobos de Carelia from getting a goal against them. Eusebio Rios kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Lobos de Carelia's zone, John Skytt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nestor Cortez came out of the goal and John Skytt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96thth minute of the game Cristobal Lia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NECKER49's Joel Cristofor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Lobos de Carelia fans cheered their team off the field, for while NECKER49 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
