The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lara Peñaranda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erubiel Pacorro went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Casper Persson hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Sidney Carneiro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Giovanni Guedes firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rubens Mesquita hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. When Beneficiente's Sidney Carneiro in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.R Perhaps's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sidney Carneiro in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giovanni Guedes saved C.R Perhaps from getting behind. In the 15th minute Erubiel Pacorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lara Peñaranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Sidney Carneiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Giovanni Guedes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Giovanni Guedes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Guilherme Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giovanni Guedes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Guilherme Cunha in the 26th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. One of C.R Perhaps:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Beneficiente:s goal. In the 28th minute, Beneficiente got a penalty, and Edgar Appel placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. After 30 played minutes C.R Perhaps got a freekick which was hit by Casper Persson. 32 minutes into the match, C.R Perhaps's goalkeeper Giovanni Guedes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sidney Carneiro. Casper Persson kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Sidney Carneiros short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Giovanni Guedes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 44th minute Beneficiente were awarded a corner. Edgar Appel went to the cornerflag to take it. Beneficiente's Edgar Appel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Giovanni Guedes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Giovanni Guedes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joélson Pitta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Sidney Carneiro made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Laércio Aguiar made a precise shot to the right of Giovanni Guedes. C.R Perhaps's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. After 58 played minutes C.R Perhaps got a freekick which was hit by Casper Persson. In the 59th minute of the match Edgar Appel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Giovanni Guedes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jardel Sergipano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the match, C.R Perhaps's goal looked a bit too open when Sidney Carneiro came free, but Giovanni Guedes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jardel Sergipano came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the C.R Perhaps fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jardel Sergipano couldn't finish the play. When Beneficiente's Luís Guilherme Cunha in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.R Perhaps's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the C.R Perhaps defense, Sidney Carneiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Giovanni Guedes. The C.R Perhaps fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giovanni Guedes should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Beneficiente's Laércio Aguiar got a free kick in the 80th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Laércio Aguiar during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Laércio Aguiar kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Sidney Carneiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Giovanni Guedes was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. In the 89th minute, João Pedro Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lara Peñaranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Sergipano in the 98th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the C.R Perhaps players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Beneficiente.
