Tato Vega in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Gu Zhan Wei was a little too slow when Tato Vega got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 34th minute of the match Que se abra o mar got a corner. Academia Santista CIMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lando Norin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Albertinho Andrades short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Gu Zhan Wei to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lando Norin in the 39th minute of play forced Academia Santista CIMZ's goalkeeper Gu Zhan Wei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Que se abra o mar's corner Lando Norin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gu Zhan Wei quite easily take care of the ball. 63 minutes into the game, Lando Norin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Gu Zhan Wei was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 66 played minutes Que se abra o mar got a freekick which was hit by Silvinho da Silveira. 69 minutes into the match, Que se abra o mar's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Pirani came free, but Sandro Tepedino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Que se abra o mar's goalkeeper Sandro Tepedino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Que se abra o mar's Tommy Van Elsen was substituted for Albertinho Andrade. In the 72nd minute of the match Academia Santista CIMZ got a corner.
