Truman Harrington showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Fernandes in the 3rd minute of the match. João Carlos Andrade made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Binjamin Ketelers sent off a good shot on target. In the 9th match minute, PALMEIRAS-UTAH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Pirani to maneuver through the defense. Truman Harrington came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Futuros FC's Marcos Fernandes. But to his dismay, Marcos Fernandes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mai Xun Kang took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Truman Harrington. Truman Harrington dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. PALMEIRAS-UTAH's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dominik Olchawa in the 36th minute. PALMEIRAS-UTAH's Dominik Olchawa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but João Carlos Andrade in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Truman Harrington made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Fernandes in the 38th minute of play. Truman Harrington took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krakaca Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Krakaca Neto sped through PALMEIRAS-UTAH's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Truman Harrington. João Carlos Andrade made an important save on a dangerous shot by Binjamin Ketelers in the 47th minute. After the first half Futuros FC were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

PALMEIRAS-UTAH made a substitution. Quentin Holman replaced Joachim Backlund. PALMEIRAS-UTAH's Bailey Kerns was substituted for Aloísio Lima. The wind increased when Binjamin Ketelers made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute Vicente Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Truman Harrington saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, PALMEIRAS-UTAH's Truman Harrington got control of the ball when Marcos Fernandes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Futuros FC's João Carlos Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bailey Kerns in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Pirani in the 64th minute of play forced Futuros FC's goalkeeper João Carlos Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Truman Harrington took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krakaca Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Truman Harrington made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Fernandes in the 70th minute of play. Futuros FC's Beto Smith was substituted for Vicente Dantas. Truman Harrington showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beto Smith in the 80th minute of the match. A collision led to Futuros FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Lucas Hernández hit a great ball. Jorge Pirani took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for João Carlos Andrade. Futuros FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Truman Harrington took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krakaca Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Bailey Kerns ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. João Carlos Andrade was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-5. In the 91st minute, Mai Xun Kang reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Truman Harrington. The goal made the score 3-6. João Carlos Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre Randall, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Mai Xun Kang kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match.
