The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Christian Garcia De Paredes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Baldomero Oskarbi. Nenushko FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Vego F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Kiliz came free, but Germán Burgos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, William Guevara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christian Garcia De Paredes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Baldomero Oskarbi. Nenushko FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Vego F.C.'s Reggie Osorio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baldomero Oskarbi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Vladimiro Kilizs short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Germán Burgos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Baldomero Oskarbi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Garcia in the 23rd minute of play. Baldomero Oskarbi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hector Escobar's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Vego F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Kiliz came free, but Germán Burgos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Nenushko FC's Adamantios Sfakianakis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Germán Burgos. That made the score 1-1 after 38 minutes of play. With his leg Germán Burgos managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Nenushko FC's Vladimiro Kiliz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Baldomero Oskarbi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Felipe Ramos hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Vladimiro Kiliz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 48thth minute tested the skills of Germán Burgos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hector Escobar to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vladimiro Kiliz in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Germán Burgos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Nenushko FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Vladimiro Kiliz hit a great ball. If Vladimiro Kiliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baldomero Oskarbi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Escobar, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Germán Burgos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Kiliz in the 70th minute of the match. Alex Garcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Baldomero Oskarbi made a huge save. In the 75th minute Hector Escobar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Oskarbi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Germán Burgos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Kiliz in the 78th minute of the match. William Guevara charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Vego F.C. played a much better game than Nenushko FC and deserved their victory. The Nenushko FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
