Nemo Bucher hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Stierstadt FSV's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Coşkun Zafer scored to the left of an out of position Jan Kreibisch, making the score, 1-0. Yakut Buyrukalp who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Jan Kreibisch when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hannes Rösler in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erdinç Özaslan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Havran JK's Aytunç İlsu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Stierstadt FSV. If Iker Ewen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aysan Tümerkan's late challenge caught a Stierstadt FSV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aysan Tümerkan helped the player get up and apologised. After 22 played minutes Havran JK got a freekick which was hit by Aysan Tümerkan. Otto Knauf scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erdinç Özaslan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 25 minutes into the game, Hannes Rösler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Erdinç Özaslan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Stierstadt FSV's Jan Kreibisch got control of the ball when Yakut Buyrukalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Stierstadt FSV getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Wulf-Dieter Bialke hit a great ball. In the 30th minute Aytunç İlsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Kreibisch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Havran JK's Kayhan Başaydın dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. When Ferdi Wirth fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stierstadt FSV's protests and gave Ferdi Wirth a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes Stierstadt FSV got a freekick which was hit by Ferdi Wirth. Aytunç İlsu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Jan Kreibisch made a huge save. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hannes Rösler was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Yakut Buyrukalp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan Kreibisch was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Coşkun Zafer in the 55th minute of play forced Stierstadt FSV's goalkeeper Jan Kreibisch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 65 minutes, Otto Knauf managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stierstadt FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Otto Knauf was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 71st minute, Ferdi Wirth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, Coşkun Zafer notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Stierstadt FSV's Jan Kreibisch. Jan Kreibisch was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 76 minutes, Otto Knauf made it 5-3 with a short kick to the right side. Havran JK's Erdinç Özaslan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Havran JK booed when Stierstadt FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arne Plückebaum didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, Arne Plückebaum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aytunç İlsu struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Jan Kreibisch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Havran JK. With a little luck, Havran JK's Erdinç Özaslan got control of the ball when Otto Knauf tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 86th minute, Kayhan Başaydın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hannes Rösler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th match minute, Havran JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aysan Tümerkan to maneuver through the defense. Otto Knauf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erdinç Özaslan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hannes Rösler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Havran JK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Stierstadt FSV for a fine match.
